10a. Payments & Refunds
Premium tracker PDFs and 1:1 mentorship sessions are paid products
processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or
banking details — Razorpay handles all payment data.
Digital PDF trackers: Since these are delivered instantly as a digital
download, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been
downloaded. If your download link failed and you were charged, contact us
and we'll resend it or refund you.
1:1 mentorship sessions: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your
confirmed session time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours
before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If we need to cancel or
reschedule, you'll be offered a new time or a full refund.
11. Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: essential
cookies that make the site work (for example keeping you signed in and
completing payments), analytics cookies that help us understand how the
site is used, and advertising cookies.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a
visitor's previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of
